The Evart Air Industrial Park is located in the City of Evart, adjacent to US-10.  Its location along US-10, an all weather major transportation route, provides easy access within 15 minutes to freeways serving Detroit, Chicago, Grand Rapids, Traverse City, and Northern Michigan. 

The Evart Air Industrial Park is bisected by the Evart Municipal Airport runway.  The airport provides a 75' by 3,800' lighted runway for business and industrial uses.  Most lots have direct access to airplanes for loading and unloading.

Five lots are available in the Marion Industrial Park.  Available lot sizes range from 2.2 to 2.5 acres; however, adjacent lots can be combined if a larger lot is necessary.  All lots are level, clear, and provide access to full utilities.
