Evart Air-Industrial
Park

The Evart Air Industrial Park is located in the City of Evart, adjacent to
US-10. Its location along US-10, a primary
east-west transportation route, provides easy access to freeways serving
Detroit, Chicago, Grand Rapids, Traverse City, and Northern Michigan.
The
Evart Air Industrial Park is bisected by the Evart Municipal Airport
runway. The airport provides a 75' by 3,800' lighted runway for business
and industrial uses. Most lots have direct access to airplanes for loading
and unloading.

LeRoy Renaissance Zone
| Three 10 acre parcels remain available.
Established in 2000, the LeRoy Township Renaissance Zone allows occupants
to operate virtually tax-free until 2012. Beginning in 2012 taxes
will begin to be phased in annually at a 25% rate until normal taxes
resume in 2015. Located on an all-weather road,
approximately one-mile west of US-131 (exit 162).
Its location provides easy
access to freeways serving Detroit, Chicago, Grand Rapids, Traverse City,
and Northern Michigan.
Current occupants
include a broach manufacturer, sawmill, and a fibermolding company.
Any company moving into the Renaissance Zone needs to be able to provide
its own sewer and water. |
Marion
|
The Marion Industrial Park is located adjacent to
the Village of Marion, approximately one-quarter mile from M-66. Its location
close to M-66
provides access to freeways serving Detroit, Chicago, Grand Rapids, Traverse
City, Northern Michigan, and other communities.
Lots
Five lots are available in the
Marion Industrial Park. Available lot sizes range from 2.2 to 2.5 acres;
however, adjacent
lots can be combined if a larger lot is necessary. All lots are level,
clear, and provide access to full utilities.
