   Evart Air-Industrial Park

The Evart Air Industrial Park is located in the City of Evart, adjacent to US-10.  Its location along US-10, one of Central Michigan's primary east-west transportation routes, provides easy access to freeways serving Detroit, Chicago, Grand Rapids, Traverse City, and Northern Michigan.  Nearby manufacturers include Chippewa Plastics, Ventra, Deans Foods, DeWitt Motor Freight, and PPG.

The Evart Air Industrial Park is bisected by the Evart Municipal Airport runway.  The airport provides a 75' by 3,800' lighted runway for business and industrial uses.  Most lots have direct access to airplanes for loading and unloading.

Seven lots are available in the Evart Air Industrial Park.  Lot sizes range from 2.5 to 6.5 acres.  Adjacent lots can be combined if a larger lot is necessary.  All lots are level, clear, and provide access to full utilities.
