The
Osceola County Brownfield Inventory Listing is the complete list of
Brownfield sites in Osceola County. If you are aware of a potential site
that is not in the listing please contact the
Osceola County
Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, (231) 832-7397 so the site can be added.
The Inventory Listing was developed by reviewing
existing public records and through input received at public outreach meetings.
This listing was then updated and the sites were scored based on a
scoring system developed by the Brownfield
Redevelopment Authority Board. Although sites have been given a numerical
rating, the rating is only a guide as to the order in which Brownfield
Assessments will be conducted.
Any project brought before the Board where a
sale or new
development is pending will receive
the highest priority!
